Good weigh in at 145 (acutal 144.6) but whos counting. I knew that I could recover from the jar of peanut butter on Tuesday night.

Now just have to keep up the good work and motivation as well as the moderation in food consumption.
155.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
