I have been eating terribly and not working out. Back on track today.
227.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Welcome back to FS - you are always accepted here. Perhaps think of the changes as life style choices rather than deprivation diet mode. This helped me to feel better able to choose well 90% of the time. Good Luck!
