Happy with weight loss for first week since joining. Same diet as I have been doing for 10 months but back to keeping the fats to around 10% seems to be working at long last ! It's scary how easily the fats can creep up again when I introduce just a few nuts and increase the seeds. Love fatsecret.com - it's so easy now to see what I am actually eating rather than what I guessed it to be !Inspired for another week now......
