So I haven't lost any more weight, in fact i gained .2 of a pound. But I also started an intense walking program (pushing a double stroller with two toddlers for an hour, up and down hills). It seriously kicks your butt lol, my legs feel very sore and swollen. I've noticed that after intense workouts I tend to weigh a little more, which I attribute to muscle-water swell. So I'll keep at it, I get to start Phase 2 in a few days, much to my relief. I'm ready for fruit and brown rice again!
198.0 lb Lost so far: 5.4 lb.    Still to go: 48.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.4 lb a week
