Back from vacation. One week took a huge swing at my numbers. Backup up 4.1 lbs above my goal. Going to ease back in this week and begin tracking food again next week. I'm using my shakes that I had before. Out of Body by Vi. Want to see if I can loose the 4 without it. If not I'll order more.
