I'm changing my diet. Nothing against Atkins. I was just consuming too many saturated fats for it to remain healthy for me. I'm continuing a lowered carb diet, but am allowing myself daily portions of fruits, nuts, and lots of vegetables. I'm staying away from carbs, such as flour, wheat, rice, and processed grains. Also, I'm choosing to not eat pork, beef, butter, cheese, heavy cream and other food items high in saturated fat. I'm sticking with unsaturated fats from poultry, fish, eggs, olive oil etc. Wish me luck!
