So far so good. Going to start swimming next week. This week I'll do some walking. Tracking food is very helpful but time consuming.
290.2 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 130.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Where are you going to go swimming? I think I'm going to join a gym with a pool out here. They also have a day care and a 3 month membership plan. After the 3 months, you are out of the contract and can choose to continue by paying monthly. Sounds perfect for the family that is very good at paying for a membership and never going.
