No movement in five days. Sniff.
188.9 lb Lost so far: 50.7 lb.    Still to go: 30.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Staying steady is better than gaining - trust me on that one! I am "sniff sniffing" on my gain this week...but frankly I knew I was eating too much for my slow metabolism. Hang in there - you are doing wonderful!
