I am at 185.6 today. Yahoo. I wanted to be at 185 by my birthday tomorrow and I made it. I exercised last night and again this morning. All is well.
185.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
