Happy today because I lost more weight. I will exercise when I get home tonight. Too tired to do it this morning. I am working toward 179! Kim

I am at 185.6 today. Yahoo. I wanted to be at 185 by my birthday tomorrow and I made it. I exercised last night and again this morning. All is well.

Today I ordered a new Firm exercise program so I am looking forward to that. I have other Firm programs so I am hoping this new one gets me as excited as the old ones did.

I am doing pretty well on my new diet way of life. I just have to gear up the exercise and then I'll be good to go.
