Was at gym for the first time in months yesterday...seeing as this is my first challenge ever... Its soooo helpful and motivates me...bit stiff after the powerplate and squats yesterday...feels like I got my but kicked! But it felt great!!

On to the second day of healthy living!!!
160.9 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
