Breakfast Smoothie...mmmmm
3/4 cup fat-free vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup frozen unsweetened mixed berries
1 cup low-fat soy milk
2 tablespoons wheat germ
1 tablespoon flaxseed oil


Directions
In a blender, combine the yogurt, berries, soy milk, wheat germ, and flaxseed oil. Process until smooth and frosty
