I think that i’d see more weight loss if i could do keto. I have high cholesterol and it seems that keto would not be good for that. I am pre-diabetic and only eat whole grains, which i try to limit. I am trying so hard to like vegetables more! I lost 9 lbs immediately when i started a new eating lifestyle and haven’t lost an ounce in the two weeks since!
172.0 lb Lost so far: 20.2 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
