1730 kcal Fat: 57.55g | Prot: 64.87g | Carb: 245.68g.   Breakfast: coffee breakfast, creamer, Equal Sweeteners (Aspartame) Packets. Lunch: tomato, natures own bread, ham and salami sub kit cold cuts, mustard. Dinner: Creamed Macaroni with Cheese, cole slaw, cabbage, white rice, stewed tomato, chicken quarter, corn. Snacks/Other: Strawberry Cheesecake Low Fat Ice Cream Sandwich, banana. more...
