It changes everything - when I move my body, do this minimal exercise, the momentum, my energy, my self esteem - EVERYTHING changes for the good.
This challenge has been so good for me.
And I do like the Slim in 6 DVD's!
Been doing a little running and some hiking too.

Now I have to realize this is not a challenge - this is my life. Lifestyle of exercise and MOVING MY BODY!!
134.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
