Official weight today, rather than the guess I put in a few days ago. Which shows I was/am not quite as heavy as I feared. Diet starts today. Breakfast will be porridge and an apple as I don't yet have bananas. Going shopping to get my stuff for the week and will probably take a photo of 'one week's food'. Will I stick to it this time? Will I lose weight and keep it off? Will I exercise enough? I hope so. Would like to emerge from winter looking and feeling great for the summer and ready for anything (and some new clothes!)
