Yah! That is a big deal for me considering I was at 124.6, but hadn't gotten around to recording it. LOL! 2.2 pounds! I am trying so hard to eat healthy! NO sugar for a day so far, and no diet coke for nine. Maybe this really will work!!!!
122.8 lb Lost so far: 9.2 lb.    Still to go: 2.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
