Down another pound this morning but hurt my back tonight and had to take some vicodin not sure but the last time I had to take it I gained a pound. We'll see what happens!
284.0 lb Lost so far: 33.0 lb.    Still to go: 84.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
