same as yeasterday! I am expecting one day to get on the scale and see a few pounds drop off. I also know the body has periods where weight loss is hard and other times it is not. Must be in one of those hard periods. Will continue doing the same - minus the chocolate chips (middle of the night-grrrr). Now healthy again and excersizing over an hour a day. Great hike today - beautiful views and great workout!
