Close to one week into this. I'm using the first week (since I only started an account here a few days prior) to gauge intake v. usage and weight gain/loss without making drastic changes to pull down the calorie intake. It looks like I'll be shooting for 2k day as long as I can bump up the excercise to twice a day three times a week and once a day on the other days. I can't be off too long, my weight is very hard to control and week-ends will be close to impossible to stay on track.
I'm hoping to zero in on food intake by the end of the second week, then start modifing excercise intensity.
Water Water Water. I quit soda's a year ago but I'm still a sucker for sweet tea.
