Over 50 pounds lost. Officially 50.7

Sweet :)
188.9 lb Lost so far: 50.7 lb.    Still to go: 30.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1746 kcal Fat: 44.22g | Prot: 123.59g | Carb: 212.72g.   Breakfast: Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Special K blueberry, Light Fat Free Blueberry Patch Yogurt. Lunch: fudge drizzeled cookies 100 calorie pack, Multi-Grain Sandwich Thins, Thin Sliced Oven Roasted Turkey Breast. Dinner: Roasted Potatoes with Garlic & Herb Sauce, Beef Chuck (Shoulder Clod, Top and Center Steaks, Trimmed to 0" Fat), Meijer Bacon Bites, Garlic & Butter Flavored Croutons, Light Catalina Reduced Fat Dressing, Tomatoes, Mixed Salad Greens. Snacks/Other: Apples, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Banana. more...
