starting my journey again. had a bad few yrs inc serious depression, medical issues.
260.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 60.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thx again. I'm at that starting point I've been at before, where its like the body resists losing weight. I'll persist!

Good for you! A start is a start so that is great. I suffer from depression so I know with me I put weight on with it- I know how you feel it’s hard but you’re starting again and that’s all that matters! Don’t give up or give in to the depression. You will do great.

You got this. We are all here to cheer you on. Depression can be horrid on the weight side of things- either eating too much or eating too little. Not to mention what it does mentally. Know you are not alone.
