Whaaaat!! I only realize now that I dropped just over a kilogram in 7 days!! (I know it's easy for some, but not for me.) I've been dropping 100grams in a week, and now I did 1100grams!!! STOKED!!!! And as a bonus surprise, I saw my arm muscles are finally shaping up! (I've got that body type where I climb outa my fat suit from the face down :-P And the tummy and legs are the last to know about fat leaving.)

All I can say - I've worked hard these past 3 weeks and consistency finally paid off.

136.6 lb Lost so far: 22.4 lb.    Still to go: 4.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Wow! What a response! Thanks a lot guys!!! @Zanne v Niekerk: I just practiced consistency (compared to other weeks). Not very good in logging food, but I incorporate protein and fruit/vedge in all my meals - around 3 times a day plus LOADS of water and some exercise - although not vigorous mostly. PS. I must add: I'm training for my 1st ever marathon and running does have it's weight loss benefits here and there... Have a good weekend all!!

@LowCarbFemmeFit - I do a lot of push ups 🤪 And here and there I try some weights in the gym. And then the running... those arms move in the running ey!

Excellent. Never a good idea to neglect arms. Catches up with as you get older. You wave at somebody and your bat wings wave back. :D

tell me about them bat wing, trying to get rid of them.....but i cannot do push ups, due to an injury, but do do fast paces walking, have notice they have gon abit but not firming. What exercise can i do to firm up the bat wings

@Helldenn I’m not sure about your arm injury on what kind of exercises you can do. Perhaps consult a professional before hurting even more? 🧐 But eating healthy beats all exercises all the time!! All the best!!
