Really excited about my weight loss journey! Last night at my TOPS meeting (if you what to know what TOPS is about got to TOPS Club Inc) I finally reached my 40 lb weight loss goal!!!!! I had been struggling with the last 3-4 lbs for three months. I had stopped journalling and since joining Fatsecret I have really stayed conscious of what I eat because will see it when I log it in. Now I'm ready to get started on 50!!!!
250.8 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 115.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entries for 29 August 2012:
2004 kcal Fat: 78.67g | Prot: 114.52g | Carb: 207.47g.   Breakfast: low fat plain soy milk, butter seasoning, Body by Vi Nutritional Shake Mix. Lunch: fudge dipped choc chip granola bar, Macaroni and Cheese, olive oil, Cooked Carrots, Green Cabbage, chicken breast portion. Dinner:  zesty tomato crisps, Turkey Burger, Macaroni or Noodles with Cheese. Snacks/Other: drizzled mini crisps, Grapes (Red or Green, European Type Varieties Such As Thompson Seedless), Applesauce Unsweetened, nature valley oat and honey granola bar. more...
