My official weight this morning is 112.9kg.

I was expecting to drop into the 113's this week but cleared the 113's and dropped straight into the 112's :) Happy with this result :)

248.9 lb Lost so far: 34.8 lb. Still to go: 0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.
