I knew I wasn't eating right, but 11lbs?
254.2 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 64.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Could be a combination of fat, muscle and water weight. Better to go by measurements. I know how you feel though. I know I was eating the best or working out as hard and over the past 3 months I have gained 8lbs...So we all fall down but what's important is that you get back up. Good Luck!

I know how you feel first hand... I've been there! Question for you: Has any of your "not eating right" choices been focused on liquid calories? Especially when I go down south on vacation, I can easily gain 10lbs in one week. All the fancy cocktails, the specialty coffees, the tropical drinks... I can't say no to any of them. The good thing (for me at least) is that although the liquid calories go on really fast, they also come off really fast. Usually, if I'm really really super-dooper on track the week following a huge gain, I can lose almost all of the gain on the following week... but only if it's liquid calories. They seem to come off as fast as they go on if I'm vigilent in following my WW plan.
