Weighed in prior to hitting the gym for my morning workout today. Dropped a little more than a half a pound. Feels good to see it drop with me increasing my calories this week. I hope everyone is getting after it today.

Morning Workout:

Elliptical Trainer - 20 min (Level 10)
Machine Shoulder Press - 80x10, 85x10, 90x10, 95x10
Arnold Dumbbell Press - 70x10, 70x10, 70x10, 70x10
Machine Lateral Raises - 70x10, 70x10, 70x10, 70x10
Two-Dumbbell Front Raises - 45x10, 45x10, 35x10, 35x10
Reverse Machine Flies - 50x10, 50x10, 50x10, 50x10
Face Pulls - 100x10, 110x10, 120x10, 120x10
Cable Upright Rows - 100x10, 100x10, 100x10, 100x10
Dumbbell Shrugs - 120x10, 120x10, 120x10, 120x10

And followed with a Premeir Protein Chocolate High Protein Shake.
186.3 lb Lost so far: 47.9 lb.    Still to go: 6.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You should try the carmel and banana flavors of this shake. They are my favorite:).

I use this brand of protein shake too. I have about six cases stacked up. They help me to achieve my protein goal without exceeding my calorie goal. I'm encouraged to see more people here incorporating fitness as part of their fat loss journey. Nice drop!!!
