October 7 through October 13

Average daily protein 95.5g/day. 91g/day goal met.
Average daily calories 1467/day

Average daily weight 167.26 -2.88 from last week but only .25 lower than the lowest average I recorded since recording averages. They have been 170.14, 168.57, 167.5, 169.4, and 170.3 newest to oldest. I think I thought looking at averages might be less ups and downs but they are still pretty variable.

I had originally planned on crunching numbers today and adjusting my plan. I am not going to though. I am going to continue with this same plan for another week. While the averages are not as clear as I had hoped they would be, I do think there is a general downward shift looking at the end of my weight history line. Also, although it didn't quite stick, I did hit a new number this week and did not go into the seventies at all this week. I am going to count that as progress. Slow and grudging progress but progress nonetheless. Why change stuff if there is evidence of progress?
165.8 lb Lost so far: 69.2 lb.    Still to go: 30.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
