only had one meal yesterday around 1pm. packed with good fats. Sardines, Olive Oil, and an Avocado. lots of salad, olives, and some onion.
217.0 lb Lost so far: 66.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
