focus on salad and eggs and or sardines. using only Olive Oil for dressing. 3 to 6 eggs a day. 5 to 6 cups of lettuce and spinach. small amount of red onion, olives and various spices. limited snacks, still no coffee no Stevia. between 2.5 to 3 liters of water a day.
