trying something new. only lots of salad, eggs and fish. stopped coffee, stopped sweeteners (Stevia). Snacks will be pork rinds or almonds
223.0 lb Lost so far: 60.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.0 lb a week
