We all deal with little ups and downs. Try eating only 1/2 your meals for just one week. Cut the meal in half just BEFORE you take it to the table. Otherwise it truly won’t happen. Put the half taken into a container IMMEDIATELY for the next days’ meal. It works. You’ll be back on track. Calorie restriction. Put all meals on a smaller plate. Psychological. Whatever... We can do this.
