Weekend in NY visiting my brother. Lots of exercise (walked a bunch!) and I managed to watch my diet too, but I'm still at the same weight. Did 45 minutes on the elliptical this morning.
199.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 14.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
