What a stressful few days, I think I handled it ok...I didn't gain any weight, and I ate healthy...but I wasn't on the site at all, and didn't record my food or the little bit of walking I did. I really need to focus more and stop allowing myself to come up with excuses.
238.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 98.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Lily don't beat yourself up. It takes work in the beginning to log your food every single day and your exercise, too. It's like a habit you have to embrace. And believe me, IT IS A PAIN IN THE ASS. I probably spend 30 minutes a day on this site logging, writing journals and checking out what other people have to say. It's frikkin' hard to put forth that kind of commitment. And I have NOTHING ELSE TO DO. I do have a full time job, but I don't have a husband or kids that need dinner and their laundry folded that my 30 minutes on Fat Secret takes away from. Just do the best you can, and the more you do it, the more second nature it will get.

Thanks :) I think I get scared of going back to old habits...but ya it's something I need to get used too. :)

I only log my foods in. I cant add in my exercise in I would be on the computer all the time. With kids and life in general I just have enough time to put my foods in. Funny you would think busy moms would be skinny since we always so busy..lol. Your doing great:)
