Obviously, I followed the diet poorly this week. Yesterday was really bad. Damn the fried chicken and pecan pie with whipping cream at Angeline's. It was SO good.
139.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
