BP: 119/75 BMI: 29.2 (Overweight)

I've had some good rides this week and logged a lot of miles. I have another big ride planned for this weekend and looking forward to it.
215.6 lb Lost so far: 24.4 lb.    Still to go: 15.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
