So about 10 days ago, I stopped drinking soda and I started fostering a dog who gets me out on walks three times a day.
270.2 lb Lost so far: 13.8 lb.    Still to go: 8.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I realize now that my journey would’ve been much easier if I had just stopped drinking pop in the beginning and kept eating the same. I’d have saved 420-560 calories per day just in pop! Good job being a furry foster parent and enjoy those walks!
