3 week camping trip across the US, not paying attention at all to diet/keto. I have to say after 4 or 5 free casino buffets, and having to eat some sort of processed/fast food-ish things much of the time... it could have been worse. I'm interested to see how much will drop off as I go back into ketosis last time I dropped nearly 10 lbs in a week when that happened, mostly water I'm sure, anyway, curious as to what will happen. I do feel good, and I think I look good. I still fit in my size 36 stuff, although I'm not on my last belt loop hole anymore... so I did add some size, back to the plan.
197.7 lb Lost so far: 7.3 lb.    Still to go: 17.7 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
