1217 kcal Fat: 47.96g | Prot: 60.64g | Carb: 120.75g.   Breakfast: sugar free vanilla caramel liquid, Coffee, ketchup, egg beaters. Lunch: mustard, diet coke, grillmaster beef frank, pringles light, arnold sandwich thins. Dinner: Cole Slaw -Pam's, fresh buttery taste spread, corn on the cob, sandwich thins, Beef 93% Lean (Waldbaums), mustard. Snacks/Other: blueberries, light hard lemonade. more...
