So, yesterday I started making my first herbalife shake with protein. I'm going to try taking some of the vitamins, but not all of them since some may interact/decrease the efficiency of my antibiotics (cipro).
233.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
