Day *somethingsomethingsomething*

Been walking for over an hour, three times a week, and I can already feel the difference.

242.5 lb Lost so far: 35.3 lb.    Still to go: 99.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.9 lb a week
