1384 kcal Fat: 85.43g | Prot: 134.10g | Carb: 13.68g.   Breakfast: heavy whipping cream 1 tbsp ( .5 carb), bacon 2 slices, mozzarella 1oz (1 carb),  fried eggs 7am (1 carbs). Lunch: poppy seed 1/2 tbsp (2.5 carbs), mixed salad greens (4 carbs), chicken breast. Dinner: caffeine free diet coke (2 carbs), udo's oil blend 3*6*9 1 tbsp, maries bleu cheese 2 tbsp ( 1 carb), pork loin 6 oz. Snacks/Other: protein drink (2.5 carbs), WATER, strawberry 1 med (1 carb), eas french vanilla 11am (2 carbs). more...
