Lunch: diet coke ( 1 carb), dill relish 1 tbsp ( 1 carb), best foods mayo 1 tbsp (1carbs), alaskan salmon burger (2 carbs). Dinner: olive oil 1 tbsp, udo's oil blend 3*6*9 1 tbsp, mixed greens 2 cup (4 carbs), chicken thigh. Snacks/Other: mim (2 carbs), whipped cream cheese 1 tbsp (.5 carbs), almonds 7 almonds (1.5 carbs), zucchini (2 carbs). more...

I have one and use 2 tbls of ground flaxseed meal. You can also make it with 1/4 cup in the same recipe but it ups your carbs a lot.
Sweet Muffin in a Minute:
2 Tbl Ground Flaxseed meal
1/2 tsp baking powder
1-2 pks splenda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 egg
1 tsp melted butter
stir all together in a cup and microwave for 1 minute
Cheese MIM
Same except omit cinnamon and splenda and add:
shake or two of garlic powder
1/8-1/4 shredded cheese. I have used graded parmesan and colby jack

Oh.... a whole Sweet MIM is about 7 carbs with one splenda or 8 with two. or if made with 1/4 cup flaxseed meal it is 12.
Made with cheese and 2 tbls I believe it is 6 carbs.
