Still at my 166 weight. However, been doing boot camp since last week. Two days a week, not eating as healthy as I should. Will start today. Muscels are getting tone. Hopefully start burning fat soon.
166.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
