Not an actual weigh in. After moving and starting my new job, I forgot to weigh in this morning. Haven't had time to track my calories as closely as I'd like but I feel good about the food choices I have been making and my portion sizes. All the work of moving has left me feeling pretty sore, so I'd say that counts as a couple pretty intense workouts! Will weigh in tomorrow to see my progress.
