I don't know if it was a bad week, a really bad weekend, a bad reading on the scale or a combination of all three. But it definitely means I need to take things more seriously and not let things get out of control. The tough part is that I'm in ABQ the next two days (already ate too much Mexican food for lunch and again for dinner) and then I'm off Wednesday to take DJ to BYU. P90X may be tough to get done at all this week and we'll be eating out almost every meal. I guess I knew this challenge would come at some point, but I sure wish it wasn't right now. I'm feeling a bit defeated already and have been stressed by work and DJ leaving for a while now. I'm going to start tracking calories again and weigh in more often. %&^$&£¤
162.4 lb Lost so far: 24.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
