Had some off the diet time this holiday weekend. Sort of dissapointed that I didn't lose any weight but guess I should look at the bright side that I didn't gain any at all either. Try to be "glass half full" thinker.
246.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
