1215 kcal Fat: 23.83g | Prot: 50.34g | Carb: 137.48g.   Breakfast: kellogg's touch of fruit raspberry, blue diamond vanilla almond milk, coffee. Lunch: Oikos Greek Nonfat Plain Yogurt, del monte diced pears no added sugar, blue diamond chocolate almond milk, Fiber Therapy. Dinner: lobster, whole wheat penne pasta, ragu alfredo light, sweet leaf green tea, coffee. Snacks/Other: weight watchers string cheese, low sodium V8, merlot wine, almonds. more...
losing 3.1 lb a week
