Have been eating alot of low fat ice cream. I know it's high in sugar but it doesn't seem to be taking its toll. Maybe it is ok? Need to walk more, at least 25 mins/day.
157.5 lb Lost so far: 19.5 lb.    Still to go: 0.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.7 lb a week
