can't tell on this scale if I lost anything. I miss my digital scale. so far so good. First full day in London.

Update: Havent been in the mood to go looking for food. So i had some cashews and m&ms. Yeah, not healthy but tommorrow it will be better. London is lacking in the food department.


234.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
